  • 500ml whole milk

  • 4 eggs

  • 50g sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Toffe or caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a measuring cup or bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well combined. Then, stir in the milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Drizzle toffee sauce or caramel sauce into the bottom of the ramekins or moulds, ensuring a thin layer covers the base. Gently pour the egg and milk mixture over the caramel layer in each mould.
