This Healthy Airfryer Chicken Nuggets Recipe is not only easy to follow but also a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods. Perfect for a quick snack or a family-friendly meal, these nuggets will become a staple in your home cooking routine.

  • 250gr Chicken breast

  • 1 Egg

  • 3 TBSP All purpose flour

  • 60 gr Panko breadcrumbs

  • 1tsp chipotle powder

  • 1 tsp mild chilli powder

  • 1tsp MSG (Optional)

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1tsp Garlic powder


  1. Prepare the chicken: Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create two thinner steaks. Then, cut these into equal pieces, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

  2. For the coating:

Bowl 1: Add flour.

Bowl 2: Beat eggs lightly, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Bowl 3: Combine Panko breadcrumbs, chipotle powder, mild chilli powder, garlic powder, MSG (optional), salt, and pepper.

  1. To bread the chicken: First, coat each piece in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip next into the beaten eggs, then finally, coat evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.

  2. Cooking: Spray the breaded chicken pieces generously with vegetable oil (e.g., sunflower oil) on both sides. Place them in the air fryer preheated to 190°C (374°F) and cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) for safety.
