  • 400g salad potatoes

  • 1/2 cup Creme Fraiche or sour cream

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp English mustard

  • 1-2 spring onion / red onion

  • 10g chives

  • Salt and pepper to taste
